    Quick reminder that our November PSW Medication Safety Collaborative meeting is Thursday, 11/17 from 1500-1600 via Zoom.

    • Brainstorming/Working Topic:
      • Dashboards, Scorecards – Medication Safety Metrics
      • Goal: Discuss current organizational metrics and review ASHP Medication Safety Dashboard resource
        • Facilitators: Taylor Mancuso
    • Hot Topic: Beyond Use Dating of Medication Containers
      • Does your organization allow the use of pre-spiked infusion bags?
      • Does your organization limit the areas for the use of pre-spiked infusion bags?
      • What beyond use date does your organization give to pre-spiked infusion bags?
